  • As most of you probably already know, I'm from New Orleans and am of Vietnamese heritage.  I love highlighting these two cuisines and combining them together.  Viet-Cajun seafood boils really started in Houston, Texas and I remember when my cousin introduced me to them.  I couldn't get enough!
