TUNISIAN BRIK | ON DEMAND

This is one of my favorite foods my good friend, Huda, has ever made me.  She started making this dish for her Tunisian husband and now she makes it every time I come over.  

This is a popular street food in Tunisia and is best served with some lemon and harissa, their most well-known condiment. Tunisian cuisine has so much influence from the Italians and the French, and this dish is a great example of how these cultures came together.
