LEMON RICOTTA CAKE | ON DEMAND

Lemon ricotta cake is one of my favorite Italian cakes. It is slightly dense, but has an amazing tender crumb with a hint of lemon flavor. In my version, I am cranking up the lemon flavor, adding extra lemon juice and zest, and covering the cake with candied lemons. If you don’t like lemons, you might want to stay away from this.
