In Vietnamese cuisine, beef Pho is probably the most well known dish but it's sister, the chicken pho doesn't get as much attention. I don't know why because it is easier/quicker to make but equally as delicious. Chicken, noodles and a flavorful broth is the best way to find comfort in a bowl. Whether you are sick, sick of the winter or even hung over, this bowl will bring you to life. In this class, I will show you another dish using all of the components we make called Pho Ga Kho which means chicken pho served "dry". This is a modern food trend in Vietnam and there is only a few spots in America that serve up this soon to be classic.
