BEEF CHOW FUN | ON DEMAND

This is one of my favorite things to order at Chinese restaurants.  Beef Chow fun consists of wide flat soft noodles charred at the edges with a sweet and very savory sauce that coats the onions, beef and homemade noodles.  Sauteed with fresh bean sprouts for a nice refreshing crunch, this dish is made with simple ingredients and a whole lot of technique.  Don't worry, you can use homemade noodles that I will go over in class or store bought ones.  You choose your own adventure!
